WizCount-R is a bank and account reconciliation software solution for matching high-volume and complex transactions. It automates periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) reconciliations and account balancing processes.
WizCount-R reveals all the one-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-many relevant combinations of matching transactions based on the criteria determined by the user in advance.
WizCount-R can be used to issue bank reconciliation - two data sets are matched, e.g. the bank statement against the account data; and account reconciliation - one data set is analyzed to explain the account balance.
WizCount-R automatically finds the matching transactions which are marked as reconciled and all the open remaining transactions are non-reconciled. The user may edit previously marked reconciliations and insert new transactions (adjustments) to close small differences.
WizCount-R saves all the data and the results in a MS-SQL database and reports on the reconciled and non-reconciled transactions. Its management report displays information on each project.
